Information Notice Regarding Security Cameras Located Around the Building, at Building Entrances, Corridors and Work Areas
This information notice has been prepared by [Company], acting as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Video recordings are made through cameras located around the building, at building entrances, in corridors and work areas, and the recording process is monitored by the Information Technologies department.
The personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Law, namely “being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and “being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
Such personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies in the event of legal disputes or upon request in accordance with the applicable legislation.
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by sending the Application Form in writing to DANIŞ YAPI MADENCİLİK SANAYİ VE TİC A.Ş, Beşevler Mah.
