Personal Data Processing Information Notice
Dear Visitor, we would like to inform you within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”), all your personal data, including any information that identifies or makes you identifiable and your special categories of personal data, may be processed by DANIŞ YAPI MADENCİLİK SANAYİ VE TİC A.Ş (“Company”) as the data controller.
Processing of personal data refers to any operation performed on personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, altering, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, classifying, or preventing the use of such data.
The protection of your personal data is of vital importance to us. We would like to state that we will take all necessary measures in this regard and continue to act with full transparency.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons having a business relationship with our Company; conducting satisfaction assessment activities for our existing customers; managing organizations and events; carrying out sales and purchasing processes; performing finance and accounting transactions; conducting internal audit processes; managing environmental protection and waste processes; carrying out occupational health and safety activities; fulfilling notification obligations to relevant/authorized public institutions (Courts, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Interior, etc.); ensuring the implementation of our Company’s human resources policies; and managing information and physical security processes.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your data is processed and securely stored for the purposes listed above and will absolutely not be shared with third parties except as required by legal legislation and your explicit consent. Due to obligations arising from legal regulations such as the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), Tax Procedure Law (VUK), Social Security Law (SGK), Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, and Environmental Management Regulation, your data may be transferred—within the framework of legal grounds and your consent—to authorized public institutions/organizations, independent audit firms for audit processes, intermediary/agency service providers for business travel and organization and reward processes, our business partners, shareholders, affiliated group companies, and local/international organizations from which we receive support in our business processes.
Method of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and based on different legal grounds for the purpose of carrying out our commercial activities. Within the framework of conducting commercial processes, it may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through written documents/forms such as customer introduction forms, supplier information forms, contact information forms, other commercial documents, payment information, negotiable instruments, candidate application forms, and through your notifications; either fully or partially automatically, or non-automatically as part of any data recording system, including from our domestic/foreign affiliates, program partner institutions and organizations we cooperate with, official institutions, and other third parties, meaning it may also be obtained from outside DANIŞ YAPI MADENCİLİK SANAYİ VE TİC A.Ş.
Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods set out in this Information Notice, our Company will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.
Within this scope, regarding your personal data, you have the right to:
a) Learn whether your personal data is processed,
b) Request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
e) Request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVK Law and other relevant legal provisions, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
f) Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
g) Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
Data Controller and Data Subject Information Request Methods
In order to exercise your rights mentioned above pursuant to the KVK Law, you may submit your request in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and via the channels specified below.
As a data subject, you are required to submit your rights requests to our Company in writing together with the necessary documents identifying your identity. In this context, in order for your applications made under Article 11 of the KVK Law to be managed effectively and swiftly, you are required to use the “data subject information request form” document and submit it in person or by mail, together with the documents/information that may be requested according to your request and the necessary identity verification documents.
You may also send the data subject information request form to danisyapimadencilik@hs01.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature or, if you are a registered online user (if you have a registered e-mail address belonging to the company), via info@danismangrup.com.tr.
